TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases from YIG Toys and use of the YIG Toys Shopify store. The store is operated by Shantou Zhuoyi Technology Co., Ltd.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Products intended for children must be purchased by an adult.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information.

PRODUCTS AND SAFETY

We try to display product descriptions, colors, images, and measurements accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect appearance.

Product packaging, labels, age guidance, warnings, and instructions form part of the product information and should be read before use. Adult supervision must be provided where stated or appropriate.

PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

Store prices are shown in United States dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

Promotional, pre-order, and compare-at prices may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders of at least $49 USD when confirmed by checkout.

We may correct genuine pricing, description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide the choice of accepting the corrected order or receiving a refund.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, shipping restrictions, or payment failure.

If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

PAYMENT

Payment is processed through Shopify, PayPal, or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Your use of a payment method is also subject to that provider’s terms.

You authorize the applicable provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched from China within 7 calendar days after successful payment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

RETURNS, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS

Returns, withdrawal rights, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The YIG name, characters, product designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to YIG Toys and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited without prior written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means in a way that disrupts the service, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, PayPal, social platforms, and logistics providers.

Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YIG Toys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. The version that applied when an order was placed will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
