SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

YIG Toys currently ships from China to the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7 calendar days after successful payment.

Orders placed on public holidays or affected by exceptional events may take longer. If a material delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with the order.

DELIVERY TIME AND TRACKING

Delivery time begins after dispatch and varies depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in an order message is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND FREE SHIPPING

Shipping charges are displayed before payment at checkout.

Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of at least $49 USD receive free standard shipping when the checkout indicates that the order qualifies.

Taxes, duties, gift cards, and shipping charges do not count toward the $49 USD threshold unless Shopify displays otherwise at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included, the customer is responsible for paying them. Customs processing may delay delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact hello@helloyig.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if a parcel arrives damaged, contact hello@helloyig.com with your order number and relevant photographs.

We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy according to the circumstances and applicable law.
