退款政策
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your YIG Toys purchase. You may request a return within 14 days after the date your order is delivered.
To request a return, email hello@helloyig.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the product should be in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and all included parts. You may inspect the product only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Please obtain return authorization from us before sending a parcel. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return.
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what was ordered, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact hello@helloyig.com promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Include your order number and clear photographs so that we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND PRE-ORDERS
You may request cancellation for a full refund before the order has been dispatched. After dispatch, the return terms in this policy apply.
If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will contact you and offer the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA AND UNITED KINGDOM CUSTOMERS
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable law.
You must tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we failed to inform you of that cost.
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Any additional cost for an upgraded or express delivery option is not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after reviewing the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
